The estimated arrival time is based upon the last known stop location of the delivery team. There can be events, impossible to predict, that may delay the drivers beyond the estimated arrival time. Drivers may also arrive earlier than the estimated arrival time due to unforeseen events. It is best to have someone at home all day to receive the delivery.
